Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle reservations and modifications through phone systems and online platforms. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or related fields is preferred.
