Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out guests in a professional manner Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone calls Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience a plus) Must be available to work weekends Reliable and punctual
