As a Front Desk Agent, you are often the first and last person our guests interact with. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service, stays calm under pressure and can confidently handle a variety of situations while maintaining a welcoming and professional attitude. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly professional service Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PEP) Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests in property management systems Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for during their stay Skills Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of hotel management procedures including guest services, front desk operations, and hotel emergency protocols Excellent communication skills via phone and in person; professional phone etiquette is essential Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude Experience working in hotel settings or properties with extensive guest relations responsibilities is advantageous Join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent (AM shift) where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
