Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality management. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating memorable stays for all visitors. Your role is vital in maintaining smooth hotel operations and fostering positive guest relations, making every guest feel valued and cared for. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing outstanding customer service and assistance throughout their stay Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accurate booking and room assignments Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining proper phone etiquette and communication protocols Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and offer solutions to enhance guest satisfaction through customer service problem-solving Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed during emergencies or incidents Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and accurately Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Experience Previous experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred Strong background in hospitality management and customer service roles with excellent interpersonal skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is essential Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort-specific operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Proven ability to handle phone communication professionally while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in hotel experience roles that involve guest relations, night audit procedures, or resort operations is a plus Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences!
