Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team (avaliable in the summer) in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns that may arise during their stay. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their stay. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls from guests or potential customers. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic office software applications. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
