This part-time position plays a vital role in our daily operations, providing essential support to our residents and ensuring smooth facility operations during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Resident Support:

Assist residents with their needs, provide information, and offer compassionate guidance

Facility Maintenance:

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming and sanitary environment

Access Management:

Monitor and manage entry access by opening doors and assisting individuals entering the facility in a safe and welcoming manner

General Support:

Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and efficient operation of the shelter

Qualifications Required:
