The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our guest relations. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently while managing reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management in all interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding service. Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
