Requirements Previous hotel front desk experience preferred FOSSE experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask and work independently Professional appearance and demeanor Responsibilities Check guests in and out Answer phones and assist with guest requests Handle reservations and room assignments Address guest concerns professionally Process payments and balance transactions Follow Marriott and property standards Set up the evening reception Complete light cleaning and laundry duties
