As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our Hotel. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and performing night audit duties as needed. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to ensure a smooth guest experience. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting for the day's transactions. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and professional manner. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations. Assisting with any left over laundry to be folded and put away in an orderly fashion. Set up breakfast and maintain breakfast during breakfast hours Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk role or customer service position within the hospitality industry is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; experience with phone systems is essential. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
