We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable guest experience, whether at a resort, hotel, or hospitality establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest relations, and overall hospitality management throughout all interactions Skills Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality industry or hotel environment Strong knowledge of hotel management operations and guest services best practices Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently under pressure Experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with tact, patience, and enthusiasm Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
