Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations and payments. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries as necessary. Assist with special requests or accommodations for guests, ensuring their needs are met. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or resort environments is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
