If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you! The Fairfield Inn & Suites Lexington East/I-75 is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team. We are searching for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with guests and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position Details:

Part-Time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Shift Opportunity to pick up additional shifts when available

What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure an excellent guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Outstanding customer service skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic Someone who enjoys talking with people and making connections Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Hotel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Experience with Agilysys Stay PMS or other hotel reservation systems is highly preferred and company will pay more for experienced candidate
