Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize hotel revenue
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any issues promptly
- Update and maintain accurate records of room status, bookings, and cancellations in the property management system
- Assist in forecasting room demand and adjusting inventory accordingly
- Handle guest inquiries related to reservations and room availability professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards related to room management
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel operations, reservations, or room management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
