You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. Compensation:
$13 hourly
Responsibilities:
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Mitigate customer complaints as needed Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred High school diploma, GED, or equivalent PEP reservation system preferred Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
