Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and reservations using hotel management software. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Must have open availability to work any shift. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and hotel operations is essential. Previous hotel experience is advantageous; a passion for hospitality is a must!
