Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly, authentic, caring, thoughtful Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team you would work 32-40 hours per week on the 3-11pm shift. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. m. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and throughout the shift and provide a warm welcome and stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Skills Strong guest relations skills with a passion for hospitality. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Experience in hospitality management or previous front desk roles is preferred. Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software. Knowledge of resort services and local attractions is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
