You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. We are now hiring for multiple part-time positions. 1st Shift
  • 7 am-3 pm Saturday and Sunday 2nd Shift
  • 3 pm-11 pm Saturday and Sunday 3rd Shift
  • 11 pm-7 am
Wednesday and Thursday Compensation:
$14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Field customer complaints when necessary Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems About Company Our property is dedicated to providing a good experience for our guests through each department.
