Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information and solutions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and meet our high standards. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, maintaining accurate records. Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for satisfaction. Promote hotel amenities and services, enhancing the guest experience and encouraging repeat visits. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed. Ability to communicate effectively and warmly, both in person and over the phone. Proven track record of handling guest inquiries and requests with accuracy and efficiency. Strong organizational skills to manage check-in and check-out processes seamlessly.
