What you'll do Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest reservations and inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Conduct night audits to verify financial transactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Basic qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred qualifications Previous hotel experience in a front desk or guest services role. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures. Experience in resort environments is a plus.
