In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Your energetic approach will help create a memorable experience for every guest, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, multilingual or bilingual, and possesses a strong background in hospitality management and customer service. Your expertise in property management systems and hotel emergency procedures will be essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly customer service at all times Manage reservations using hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, offering prompt solutions and information Coordinate check-in and check-out processes while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Assist guests with special requests, complaints, or issues related to their stay, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, room assignments, and incident reports in accordance with hotel emergency procedures Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management Qualifications Proven experience as a front desk agent or in hospitality management within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone communication and client interaction Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and resort properties is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
