7 days a week (we're open 365 days a year, +1 if its a leap year, so there's always a shift with your name on it).

Morning:

7:00AM-3:00

PM, Afternoon :

1:00PM

• 9:00PM & Overnight (Night Audit) 10:00PM
• 7:00AM.

• greetings guests, running the show at check-in and check-out, fielding calls, and making sure every guest leaves with a great story to tell.

One minute you're checking in a family road-tripping through New England, the next you're sharing a fun fact about out 1716 building. No two shifts are the same. What You'll Do Roll out the welcome mat: check guests in & out quickly, accurately, and with genuine warmth. Juggle a ringing phone, a full lobby, and a reservation request

• all without missing a beat.

Be our resident storyteller:

share fun facts about the Inn's history and tips on what to do around Concord. Handle payments, folios, and cash drawers with care and accuracy. Turn a guest hiccup into a "wow, they really took care of me" moment. Team up with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready. Keep guest information secure and confidential. Bring out brand of hospitality to every single interaction. What We're Looking For Reliable

• we need to be able to count on you to show up, ready to go, and follow instructions to the tee. A true multitasker
• who can keep several conversations and tasks moving at once without breaking a sweat. Naturally outgoing
• you genuinely enjoy talking to people and it shows. A clear, confident problem-solver
• who thinks on their feet. A self-starter
• who takes initiative without being asked twice. Comfortable learning new systems & re-learning old technology
• don't worry, we'll train you. No experience? No problem. New grads, career-changers, and first-time hospitality folks are all welcome
