Guest Service Associate (Seasonal)

We're looking for Guest Service Associates who bring warmth, attention to detail, and a natural sense of care to everything they do. This is a seasonal role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours.

What You'll Do:

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience—creating welcoming first impressions and memorable moments throughout each stay.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and managing check-in/check-out with ease and professionalism Assisting with guest requests, recommendations, and local insights Supporting breakfast or light food & beverage service (food handler certification required or willingness to obtain) Maintaining clean, organized, and inviting public spaces Collaborating with housekeeping and leadership teams to ensure seamless stays Stepping in where needed during busy periods—this is a hands-on, team-first role

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
