Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience begins with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service. Your energy and attention to detail will create a positive atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. This role may also require 2 night audit shifts. Duties Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all details are correct and complete Address guest concerns or issues swiftly, offering solutions that enhance their stay and promote guest satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of hospitality Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests for seamless service delivery Assist with night audit procedures preparing reports for management Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Strong understanding of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor and polished phone etiquette Previous experience in resort or hotel environments preferred but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Front Desk Agent to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back! Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
