Job Description
Parking Security Kraft Group LLC $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly United States, Massachusetts, Foxborough Sep 03, 2026 Description SUMMARY The Parking Security position reports to the Sr. Security Event Manager and will work at Gillette Stadium on event days ensuring fan compliance with parking lot rules, controlling access to restricted areas, monitoring crowd activity and providing assistance to guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Being prepared to assist and communicate with fans regarding non-compliance with parking lot rules including: Guests occupying more than one parking space per vehicle, inappropriate behavior, and public intoxication.
Provide exceptional customer service including greeting fans, responding to guest inquiries, providing directions, assisting with seat assignments and general problem resolution.
Controlling access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials. Escalate issues to management or local authorities as appropriate.
Advise guest of stadium entrance rules to improve guest experience including monitoring bag sizes and other prohibited items that are not permitted into the stadium.
Monitor crowd activities and immediately report any suspicious or threatening situations to the area supervisor or in the event of an emergency the local authorities.
Escort players or special guests as assigned by management to and from their vehicles
Address all complaints and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Escalate issue appropriately to area supervisors including accidents involving vehicles or pedestrians.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School education or GED required
Previous experience in the security field preferred.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Attentive to detail and observant
Friendly & customer service oriented
Ability to remain calm and work under pressure
Available to work all full Stadium events that include: nights and weekends
Ability to take direction, demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities and business needs
Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
