Description Front Desk Agent - Full-Time We are looking for an experienced, energetic Front Desk Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment and has a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Our Front Desk Agents are at the center of the hotel experience—welcoming guests, managing arrivals and departures, responding to requests, resolving concerns, and serving as a key point of communication between guests and every hotel department.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will greet and register guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest questions and requests, resolve concerns, and help ensure every interaction is welcoming, efficient and professional. Our Front Desk Agents are hotel "experts" who understand what is happening throughout the property and help connect guests with the right people, services and solutions. What You Should Bring to the
Table:
Previous hotel Front Desk or guest service experience in a high-volume, high-activity environment is required . The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural host who enjoys meeting people, solving problems and creating memorable experiences. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, using computer systems, handling guest concerns and remaining calm and organized during busy periods. Marriott and/or FSPMS experience is strongly preferred. This position requires prolonged periods of standing.
Schedule:
This is a full-time opportunity . Hotels operate 24/7, so flexibility is essential. This position will primarily work second shift, and weekends and holidays will be a regular part of the schedule.
