Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires hotel experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule for this role is 3pm-11pm, 5 nights per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every week. Duties Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required. Computer skills are required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are desirable to accommodate diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays is required. A background in hospitality management or resort operations is beneficial.
