Guest Experience Agent - Part-Time + Full Time Minute Suites- Baltimore/Washington International Airport Minute Suites offers private suites inside security that are clean, quiet, and safe. Guests are able to work, nap, relax & more! We are currently hiring Part & Full time guest experience agents (GEA's) who are outgoing, fun, & and highly motivated in fulfilling memorable guest experiences. GEA's will be paid $16/per hour plus earn commissions.

Important Job Functions will include:

Possesses knowledge of all Minute Suites services and products. Maintain a highly groomed appearance Adequately explain services and routinely handle guest check-ins. Assertive suggestive selling at the beginning and end of guest experiences. Ensure that the store is clean and well organized at all times. Maintaining merchandise and visual displays Performing routine inventory counts Meticulously clean and organize suites to ensure quality Answering phones and greeting guest properly and promptly Scheduling & time management Operating registers and Scanners Light housekeeping and Deep cleaning when needed Minimum Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or airport appreciated Extraordinary customer service standards and integrity Able to stand and be attentive for 8 hours Basic computer knowledge necessary, including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. (associate will be trained on POS) Excellent communication skills Positive attitude with an outgoing nature Flexible availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays High School Diploma or GED required Please attach your resume.
