$5.09 Per Hour United States, Maryland, Baltimore Aug 17, 2026 Job Description The Social Security Administration (SSA ) offers medical parking as a reasonable accommodation to employees whose health and physical condition requires parking close to their work location. SSA also offers medical parking to eligible individuals who suffer from temporary impairments, which limits their ability to walk (e.g., broken leg). SSA requires administration of the program to be objective, thoroughly documented, and fully supported. Quality Innovation inc is seeking qualified personnel to work in Parking and Credentialing Support Services with the Social Security Administration. This is a contract position performing a variety of tasks related to the processing and issuance of parking hangtags and credentials, depending on building assignment. The P&C Agent shall respond to inquiries (by phone/email/in-person), resolve inquiries (by phone/email/in-person), as well as direct inquiries from SSA employees, contractors, and visitors to the appropriate individual, and provide general information or assistance. The P&C Agent will also document, record, file and maintain information as required by SSA. General Qualifications and Skills Be a United States citizen. Be fluent and literate in both spoken and written English. Have a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution recognized by U.S. Department of Education. Minimum one (1) year of recent computer operator and customer service experience, and/or Related data center experience is required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with all personalities with a professional attitude and demeanor. Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills in order to efficiently meet the needs of multiple customers in a timely manner with care and accuracy. Have experience operating security systems, secure databases, maintaining Personally Identifying Information (PII), and possess basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook. Possess a high proficiency in records recording, keeping, and filing.

Part-time, 24 hours per week
Physical Demands:
These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the described essential functions. Workplace is a general office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Required essential functions include repetitive hand movements, reading, eye-hand coordination, and hearing, talking, and sitting for long periods. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
