Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Receptionist / Night Audit Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. This vital role combines the responsibilities of guest relations, front desk operations, and overnight auditing to ensure seamless service and operational excellence. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and night audit procedures. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for our guests and support the smooth running of our hotel or resort. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and routing calls effectively Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly, solution-oriented approach Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all reports Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing local information and amenities guidance Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and aligned with hotel standards at all times Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse guest populations Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit processes is essential Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems confidently Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services and hotel operations Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join our team to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences!
