Top-notch part-time Front Desk Associate needed Saturday and Sunday, 4 PM to 12, for The Highlands, conveniently located in the heart of Chevy Chase, MD. The right candidate must have 2-4 years of customer service experience. In addition, the candidate must have a working knowledge of current housing laws, communication and interpersonal skills, and accounting/computer skills.Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests of the property. The Front Desk Associate will also assist in property operations, including facilitating tenant maintenance requests and ensuring building security. The position requires an outgoing, organized, and customer-service-oriented professional who is great at multi-tasking and who enjoys working with people.Requirements:
