Job Summary Join our dynamic, award-winning hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Whether handling guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, or managing administrative tasks, you'll be at the heart of our hotel's guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude and attention to detail. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially at the front desk or in guest services. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations. Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit procedures, front desk functions, and resort management is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently. Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts is strongly desired. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for shift coverage. Previous hotel experience is advantageous; familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus. $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
