Job Summary Holiday Inn Express is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all hotel guests. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions. Maintain accurate guest records and hotel information. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to move throughout the property as needed.
