The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and maintaining the overall efficiency of hotel services. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various systems. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required to ensure financial accuracy. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
