Blue Lake Hospitality LLC is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team and help ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome Manage check-ins and check-outs using the Property Management System (PMS) Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation Ensure safety and security protocols are followed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Uphold franchise brand standards and complete required training
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Availability for evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus Why Join Us?
