Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and friendly demeanor will set the tone for memorable stays, as you handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless guest services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and multilingual abilities in a vibrant resort environment, creating positive impressions that keep guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach. Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining accurate records. Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple communication channels simultaneously. Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle guest relations confidently and courteously. Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations will help you excel in this role. Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail is beneficial.
