Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in a resort setting. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Warmly greet and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist with guest check-out procedures and payment processing accurately
- Operate phone systems to handle reservations and provide information about resort amenities
- Conduct night audit duties as required to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting international guests
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality management, or hotel operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a hospitable and positive attitude
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and familiarity with hospitality software is beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
