Full Job Description Spa Guest Experience Specialist Pay:
$15.00•21.00 per hour, plus commission, tips, and bonus opportunities We're hiring a dependable, upbeat Spa Guest Experience Specialist to support the front desk, guest flow, sales, and room turnover in our busy spa. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and balancing guest service with hands-on spa tasks. What you'll do Greet guests and create a great first impression. Handle check-in, booking, and basic guest questions. Explain float therapy and spa services in a clear, helpful way. Sell memberships, packages, and retail items. Keep suites and common areas clean through frequent cleaning and room turnover. Reset suites and prepare rooms for incoming guests. Complete opening, closing, and transition tasks. Follow shift checklists and stay on schedule. Track daily activity, sales opportunities, and follow-up. Support promotions and client engagement. Help maintain a smooth and efficient guest experience. What we're looking for Strong communication and customer service skills. A sales mindset and comfort talking with guests. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and able to stay organized. Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Able to follow procedures and work well with a team. Interest in wellness, self-care, and hospitality. Schedule 16-40 hours per week Weekend availability required Available shifts:
Morning Shift:
7:30 AM•3:30
PM Midshift:
10:00 AM•8:00 PM Afternoon Shift /
Close:
2:45 PM•10:00 PM Current need: Afternoon weekday shifts All weekend shifts Perks Base pay plus commission, tips, and bonus opportunities Paid time off Free floating for employees Supportive, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities and pay increases over time Helpful experience Former bartenders, servers, and wait staff often do especially well in this role because they're used to guest service, multitasking, and selling. Experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing roles is helpful, but not required.
