In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting daily business functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to support daily operations Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records Provide excellent customer support through phone communication and in-person interactions, upholding strong phone etiquette and client communication skills Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical experience preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone communication abilities Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and printers Prior experience as a personal assistant or in front desk roles is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity software tools accurately Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact that sets the tone for our organization!
