Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and clear directions Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in various software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Support office management activities such as filing, calendar management, and appointment scheduling Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support financial record-keeping Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and productivity software Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks in a professional setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively Technical proficiency in office management tools such as calendar management software and bookkeeping programs like QuickBooks Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a welcoming environment while sharpening their administrative expertise.
