- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Assist with night audit duties as required.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
