Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your friendly demeanor and multitasking skills will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant hotel setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about hotel amenities and services Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software. -No longer FOSSE, Power of M crossover as occured. Assist guests with special requests, room changes, or issues to ensure a positive stay experience Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Support administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating guest records Ensure the lobby, market, and other public areas are kept clean and tidy Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise

From $15.00 per hour
