Full Job Description Overview:
Knapp Dental Lodge is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team. We pride ourselves on top-tier patient care, a positive office culture, and keeping our daily workflow smooth and friendly. Compensation:

Key Responsibilities Patient Care:
Greet patients with a warm smile, handle check-in/check-out, and manage smooth patient flow through the office
Scheduling:
Manage, optimize, and confirm appointment schedules to maximize chair time
Communication:
Answer multi-line phones, address patient inquiries, and make proactive re-care calls
Insurance & Billing:
Verify insurance eligibility, compute co-pays, process payments, and assist with claims tracking Qualifications 3+ years of prior dental front office experience is required Knowledge of dental software is required (ie. Dentrix, Eagelsoft, OpenDental, etc) INDHRFO02
