As our Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent , you are the person who brings the hotel's day to a successful close while preparing the team for the day ahead. While most of the hotel sleeps, you'll balance the books, identify discrepancies, assist late-arriving and early-departing guests, and make sure everything is ready for a smooth start in the morning. Accurately audit, balance, post, and report hotel revenue from rooms, front desk, and food & beverage operations. Review cash and credit transactions and identify or correct discrepancies. Complete the nightly audit and ensure all revenue is properly balanced before closing the business day. Prepare accurate reports that provide hotel leadership with a clear picture of the previous day's performance. Reset systems and registers as needed to prepare operations for the new business day. Help protect the hotel and brand by following established accounting, cash-handling, security, and fraud-prevention procedures. Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a genuine desire to help. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional front desk environment throughout the overnight shift. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable working independently . High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required . Previous Night Audit or hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required . One year of experience in a branded hotel is a plus. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, reports, and financial information. Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with guests and coworkers, both in person and over the phone. Comfortable learning and operating hotel systems, software, cash registers, and standard office equipment. Ability to occasionally assist with luggage weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be dependable and able to consistently work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Ready to Join Our Team?
