The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences and managing front desk operations efficiently. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Process payments and manage billing inquiries. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette is maintained. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management throughout all interactions. Skills Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred. Ability to build rapport with guests and handle guest relations effectively. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
