Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and Experienced Front Desk Night Audit to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional guest services. Your proactive approach will help uphold our standards of hospitality management while creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise and hotel management skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems Visual Matrix or similar platforms. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly and professional service while verifying reservations and processing payments. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering guest relations. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including room charges, adjustments, and billing discrepancies, adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, staff, and emergency responders using proper phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational accuracy and compliance with hospitality standards. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience or in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar software platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously at all times. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk functions is essential. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with strong hospitality management capabilities. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality service. Previous experience with hotel experience or resort operations is preferred; a background in customer service problem-solving is a plus.
