If serving people energizes you, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Every day is different, but you can expect to: Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and professionalism. Create memorable first and last impressions during check-in and check-out. Solve problems quickly and confidently while making guests feel cared for. Recommend local restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems throughout the Keweenaw. Answer phones, make reservations, and assist guests with questions before and during their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready. Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front desk and lobby. Handle guest payments and balance your cash drawer accurately. Work alongside an outstanding team that genuinely enjoys helping one another succeed.

Qualifications At least 18 years old Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software Excellent communication skills Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds when needed Hotel experience is a plus, but not required Most importantly...
