Job Description

You know what a hotel Front Desk Representative does... You make a guest's experience the best ever through kindness, accuracy and attention to detail when taking care of their needs during reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. What you NEED to know is why you should choose the Superior Oasis to work for. First, we're a family business. Though our hotels are nationally-branded, award-winning properties, we've been locally owned all along by one family. That means every person who works for us is also our family. We take care of you so you can take care of our guests. From flexible scheduling and understanding bosses to free meals, an industry-leading incentive program, and opportunities, you'll find the Superior Oasis hotels - Comfort Suites, My Place Hotel, and Days Inn - to be the workplace you've been looking for. And did I mention hotels, plural? When the winter slow down hits, we are uniquely suited to keep our staff working all winter long. You might work at one hotel as your home property, but on a slower day, you're not always getting called off. Instead, you might be working for one of your sister properties. Apply at the Superior Oasis. It'll be the best decision you'll make this season. Qualifications Strong customer service skills Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Attention to detail Reliability is a must Responsibilities Greet and check in guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
