Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional phone etiquette. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy using hospitality reservation systems. Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve customer service issues with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Maintain multi-line phone systems to answer calls professionally, directing guests or inquiries appropriately. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times. Support guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA, is a strong plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and multi-line phone system operation. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous. Previous hotel experience in guest services or resort environments is preferred.
