We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide a professional, courteous first impression Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Answer phone calls and emails; provide hotel information and local recommendations Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction Maintain accurate guest records and cash handling procedures Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standardsQualifications & Skills:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems is a plus Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if requiredShift Hours/Schedule:

Part-Time (16-24 hours per week)Scheduling:
Flexible shifts required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations. Shifts are set up as follows;- Morning shift: 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM
- 11:00 PM
- Occasionally required: Overnight shift 11:00 PM
- 7:00
