Overview:

Be the face of the hotel—delivering a warm, efficient, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations and other administrative work Answer guest questions and resolve issues Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred
